I heard at some places it´s about 80%, at others 60%, and worse: full paragon!
Can anyone give me the exact number? I´m playing my second playground and I want they loyal!

There isn't a set amout of P/R points to resolve conflicts.  It's about the number of paragon points you've obtained versus how many P/R points have been available to you at the moment of the confrontation.

I've found that the earlier you do Miranda's and Jack's LMs the "easier" it will be to resolve the conflict.

I know this is a stupid question, but to obtain Paragon in conversation you need to chose the first decision on the right side, right?
Well, i think is that way.
