Good lord, who cares if he sold an Illium or not? Does it really matter? This isn't CSI: Carpet.
With that said, yes, it does sometimes feel like the glut of lithos dilutes the value, especially with duds like Purgatory/Pragia. However, so long as the art stays high quality (and I do feel Pragia qualifies as high quality art), then it's really not that bad. But then again, I buy them for the art, not the resale value.

The problem is that people buy the lithographs to make money and not to enjoy the saga. If they had just limited lithographs everyone could enjoy them and would end the speculators. I'd rather have my unsigned lithograph have to fill the pockets of a speculator.

Lithos were great when they were actually being released for their artistic merit. I loved Pragia and Purgatory...and might be so inclined as to say that they were the last showing of art for the sake of art on the site. Seems like everything since then has been the equivalent of "corporate art". It's not the over production of art that's killed it for me...it's the focus. It's hard to fault THBS for trying to make money, but it no longer merits anymore consideration from me.

I was the guy who got the first Illium, I'm guessing me going that high has probably skyrocketed the value of Illiums in general.
Honestly I just wanted it over and done with. That was really the only last lithograph I was strongly interested in, mostly due to Illium being my favorite planet in ME2.
