I get the message that my online account (which I believe is through EA) is not authorized to access the addons. I am able to logon to the EA account. I purchased the game as a digital copy from Amazon. The game itself and the main expansion have been installed properly and are accessible.
As a side note, I received two serial keys when I purchased the product. The main one (which I have used) and a "DLC Activation Key" (which I have not used yet). I did not see any obvious place to input the DLC Activation. I don't know if it's related or not.
Bought DA: Ultimate Ed. for PC, DLC packs are showing as "Unauthorized"

I had a Similar issue and Redeeming my DLC code did NOT fix the issue
the content now shows up here on my Registered game content but on my DA:O everything expect Awaking are all still marked as Unauthorized.

There is a solutions round up thread, a DLC troubleshooting FAQ, and an Ultimate Edition DLC unauthorized thread all pinned to the top of this forum full to the brim with ways to resolve this. If you work through all the known fixes or are confused about how to do something, fill out a problem report following the instructions in the "read first" thread also pinned to the top and be sure to include what you have tried and what the results were.
