um, so i got this brand new Mass Effect 2, just updated the system over and over (thank you sony!) and updated the game, then tried to use the redemption code, and it won't work. i keep getting The Entry Is Invalid Or Expired blah blah error from the PSN, any help on that?

Please private message me your Cerberus code so I can investigate it for you. Also, are you trying to enter the code in-game or through the Playstation Store? If you haven't tried the PSN Store, go to the Redeem Code option in the top right once you are in the Store and enter the code. Please let me know if that works for you.
