Hello,

I purchased DA:O Ultimate from Amazon, many people who reviewed it suggested to download it from the EA/Origins Downloader.  So I went to the Origin Downloader, put in the activation code for the download from Origins and all was good.

Until I got to the game page.  So everything downloaded..no downloads in progress...everything is enabled, but unauthorized.  I went and made sure that I was logged into Bioware/EA/game with the correct account (I was), I also looked at my user_entitlements, and it had all the different DLC's on there.

I tried to follow the FAQ regarding DLC/unauthorized.  It states to check out my local services/do a run command stating to stop the DAUpdaterSVC.  Problem is, this is not even showing up in my local service folder.  

I'm kind of out of ideas here, help?

Oh and I tried to download that DOUpdater_beta from Bioware, but that link is dead.

i've the same problem, the whole night searching for something but nothing works. Somebody help us =p

Your searching apparently did not involve looking very closely at the threads pinned to the top of this forum. See the first post in the solutions round up thread pinned to the top. If the solutions there do not work for you or if you need further assistance please see the "Read First Before Posting" thread also pinned to the top of this forum.

Just wanted to thank you sami jo as the updater once installed (Then logging in) worked! Not sure why the DAupdaterSVC was not in my services to begin with but it now works
