Shepard didn't lose either. He managed to hold his own against the broker most anyone else would have been tossed around like a ragdoll against the broker.

I'm pretty sure everyone except Kasumi and Tali could take her in a fist fight, but if Kasumi can use her spiderman-jujitsu (it'd consider that cheating cause she has to have cybernetics to do what she did on Hock's gunship) I'd say she can beat her up.
Wait, femshep could probably beat Chakwas and Kelly. As far as non-crew, maybe Liara.
