I tried to get the golem army this time around and sided with Branka and let her live. I still had to choose a dwarf king, I couldn't find a way around. But not Harrowmont was saying he'd help with dwarves and Branka is saying I'll have a golem army.
At camp I have a dwarf emissary and gems are the support.
So did I do something wrong?

The golems don't go to your camp, it's always the dwarf emissary. You summon them during the ending segment of the game where you call your allies to aid you.
You always have to choose either Bhelen or Harrowmont. Just continue with the game, and in the last area when you're going after the archdemon, you can summon any of your allies.

Thank you for the reply Author!
Yeah I havn't played in a while, last game I had Elves, mages and dwarves. This time I wanted the opposite. I knew I couldn't have them till the end I was just worried cause I saw a dwarf there but would have been odd having a golem there anyway.
I wonder who most people take as allies.

I like Werewolves, Golems, Mages.
Also your a Evil man for Keeping the Anvil and making Harrowmont King. Thats the worst possible thing you could do to end that quest.
Bhelen takes volenteers to create Golems.
Harrowmont captures surface people and forces them to be made into golems.

Well I didn`t know Harrowmont did that, is it written in one of the codexs or is it explained laterÉ
Yes I`m playing an evil character but the only evil choice made there is keeping the anvil. Cause Bhelen is an evil bastard to. Especially in my dwarf noble campaigne, which I don`t know want to spoil here for some but I`m sure you know what I mean.
Its like Baldur`s Gate 2, the lesser of the two evils was the thieves guilde, but you had to choose them or the vampires to move the story forward.

Bhelen are Harrowmont are both Evil bastards though, you basicaly have to choose whats better for the poeple or you.
Though Harrowmont, never agrees to support you for the Blight. He just says " Maybe, ill talk to the council about it" while Bhelen swears complete support. For example.
Try a Dwarf commoner sometime, it makes Bhelen look like the good guy and Harrowmont is this evil, opressing guy.

Yup, Bhelen may be a bastard, but he is a better one that Harrowmont. Wait til you see the epilogue for your playthrough 'cause that is one of the worst you can get out from the dwarves

Anvil Intact, Harrowmont on Throne, Brother Burkles Chantry Built, and Dagna accepted to the Mage Tower. Worst possible outcome for that entire scenario.

heh yeah that really is screwing over the dwarves :-)
I remember playing the city dwarf, didn't finish it though. Yeah Harrowmont doesn't care for casteless much.
Bhelen, though he did what he did is better then Harrowmont. I've fully played the human noble, half wayed the common dwarf, almost done the dwarf noble. I want to try the Mage, but I want my achievements to and I am likely to play a thief next, either common dwarf or elf.
with an alistair, oghren, wynne set up I think.
to keep it different.
Great responses by the way! I liked your posts!
