My romance with Aerie has stalled, and no editing of variables, beyond tweaking stuff that I don't know the meaning of in Shadow Keeper will start it back up.
The only thing I can think of is that she died in the Windspear Hills dungeon, could this be causing my problem? Because I really don't want to have to reload hours of gameplay (including the Lord Firkraag battle).

Hmm, that, and, did you go to the circus, talk to Quayle, and then go to the basement of the Sunken Flagon and watch the play and then talk to Raelis Shae before Aerie "died"?
Aerie's program is well known to have severe stability problems in relation to messenger>talk to Quayle>talk to Raelis Shae. If you got her killed sometime in the middle of that chain of events, that would explain your problem.
BTW - if you go to Shadowkeeper, all you have to do vis a vis the romance is look at "AerieRomance=x". If it's 1 or 2, it should be okay. If it says 3, that means that the romance is broken.
Also, look for a line that says "SpriteAerieIsDead" or something close to that. If you see it, delete it. It's part of another well-known bug where death and resurrection breaks romances in certain installs, making the program think that the romance interest is still dead, i.e., the raising doesn't erase that variable like it's supposed to.

Usually, Imprisonment or your romance interest getting chunked and returned via other means causes this.
You can set the following global variable via console or add/edit it using Shadowkeeper. This is the timer to the next dialogue.
AERIEROMANCE 1
If it doesn't work, look for this variable and make sure it's set to 1.
AERIEROMANCEACTIVE
Also, the following variables should be set to 1.
AERIEMATCH 1
CHECKAERIEMATCH 1
When a romance interest usually gets killed, the timer becomes some really long string of numbers, which usually means it will take a boatload of time to talk to her again. Anyway, do try these ones first and let us know if it works.

The Haer' Dalis love triangle is long since dealt with, so that's not the issue.
I think the 'AERIEROMANCE' variable was the issue, as the number was indeed, huge.
SPRITE_IS_DEADAERIE is set at 0, so I assume that means the variable is working. I shall test it now and report back.
BOOM! It's working just got the dialogue about 'my adventures in the Sword Coast'. Cheers for the help guys, and doubly so for doing it so quickly, means I can actually get back to playing.

Good job, Thomas.
If ever similar problems come up, either Belgarath's info or the variables I presented are the common culprits. Also, when someone gets chunked and you revive them using Shadowkeeper or the CLUAConsole, set the time variable low again. Also, rest if the variable is not kicking in. Even the timers are subject to certain requirements.
Happy playing!
