I just bought Mass Effect 2 from Gamestop (using Impulse). Everything seemed to be working fine, I have the latest patch (I hope? 1.02). Then I had gotten to where I needed to activate my game, I entered the activation code, but the window just stayed open with the krogan just staring at me. Is there anything to solve this problem? Or do I just wait it out?

How many digits in total in your activation code? There should be 25, in 5 sets of 5.
Also, have you checked your firewall settings to make sure its allowed communications uot.
Also, you can double check the code actually works by registering the game on the forums. Click on My Games -> Register Games. It wont activate thegame in the installation process, but it will confirm that its a working code.

That's odd, they only gave me the activation code for Cerberus Network in the email. That is only a 20 digit code.
