Ahhh, yeah, Asari can't read minds without fully melding with the person. Hence, she didn't find out that way.

Another fact, she has no reason to stay with Sheperd after killing Samara. She was close to the door, she could or easily ran. Kind of adds to her character the fact that she stayed willingly after the fact she heard it was a suicide mission. That a big pro to the chance she's coming back for ME3.(If Bioware is nice enough to do that.)

She was just looking for a thrill, not a cause like Samara. Seriously, whoever kills Samara loses the right to be Shepard. It's just that evil of a choice.

I think the reason she stays is because she's infatuated with shepard. And want to show love the only way she knows, bloody psycho.

But at least she seems determined to actually seduce her which means shep is safe as long as she/he isn't stupid

That would be a funny scene actually in ME3. Shepard sits down eating in the mess, morinth comes by casually whispering: untold pleasures....

Shep waves her away saying: yeah yeah, love you too.

Which point? When Morinth starts her mind-control neither she nor Shepard are even partially undressed. They're talking. At this point on a date any one of participants can still stand up and go "you know what, I don't think I like you, I don't want to have sex with you". Nef could have gone "I'm not sure about the lesbian xenophilic sex thing, I think I want to wait a few more days/weeks/etc" at the literally last second, she was obviously uncertain about her sexuality. The point is you should be able to say no at any minute during the act, and your wishes should be respected, otherwise it's rape

To be rape, on must feel they are being raped.

Tell that to a child that thinks their parent is just "playing a special game" with them.

Also, I can realy call Morinth evil. It you were in Mornith shoes with a disorder that kills anyone you sleep with, you may see your self going down the same road as she did. Sex withAsari is a prime part of their lives. They can be attracted to any race no mater the sex and she has to cut her self from other people and sex for the rest of her life. Sure, she completly submerged herself in a distuctive life style but what else can she do. It's ether cut off her feeling or fully embrace what she is.  I feel sorry for her....It still didn't stop me from killing her 5 out of 6 times though.

Obviously sexual intercourse is defined what the pair consents to. consenting to a handjob does not mean consenting to hardcore bondage. Ergo, consenting to melding does not mean consenting to nervous system overload. Ergo its nonconsenting intercourse, Ergo its rape.

So while the morinth romance certainly wasn't rape, the hotel room was a rape attempt and the young girl before that was CERTAINLY rape/murder

1. Sex with Asari is differnet. They do it mentally with some physical contact. Also, I state before they they consent to the very end. They wanted to hve sex to the very point the mind control came up. The only thinf Morinth did was make sure that the back door was not avalible. They continue to have consent till the end.
2. I said consent, this includes to be able to understand what it going on to be able to concent to it.

And that's the only wrong part of the whole experiance, but the thing is Morinth can't help that.

And what would you do in her shoes? Would you or could you cut yourself from the world out of fear of yourself. Never meeting or touch anyone for the rest of your life. To be in force celibacy. I not saying that what she did was the right choice but it was the only choice she could fully live as.

1. not really.....At all. You thinking of being fixed. Edit:Add in the fact in order to know you have the disorder you have to have sex first.

My point is even it you cut your self of from sex, the temptation and fustation will drive you mad. The only true way avoide it is isolation, which many religions figures do...with help. So she runs away to be alone.....which the Asari were offering to do anyway.

Are we playing the same game here?

I love Morinth because she's a rebel.  That's just my kind of thing.  Whether she's inherently evil because of her genes is nullified by my Shepards dogma to give everyone a second chance.   Samara in many ways is just as evil as Morinth in that she does anything for justice and could actually end up being more dangerous than Morinth in a universe where almost everyone breaks the law occassionaly.

The game likes to put shadows in the wrong places. She looks exactly like her mother.(You can see that easily if you choose her.)Plus, on the ship, the lighting is better, you can see her true beauty their.....So is dangerously beautiful.

I hope to romance her right after I have dealt with the Reaper threat.  That should be the true way for the Shepard arc to end.

I think not. Remeber, if she was going to betray you, she would of done that after you killed her mother. She could of easily ran after killing Samara and only stays for the thrill. I don't think she will back stable me anytime soon. Mess with to strike a nerve.....Of course. We may see a dead staff meber in my room one day just because she wanted a good laugh.
