my mass effect 2 game is having serious problems
I reinstalled it and it asks me to log in to the EA online community. after I press yes it says loading and it FREEZES! cant do anything! same happens when I press no and it starts to load the normal game menu. whats wrong??? is EA having trouble lately??

Win7 or Vista can have problems due to ECN being enabled by default on those versions of WIndows, yet isnt enabled at EA's server ends.
It could also be your firewall not allowing access.

If you are having freezing issues, make sure your antivirus is allowing the game to access the network by adding it as an exception to your blocked list.
Some connectivity issues can arise on Windows Vista/Windows 7 systems if the User Account Control is set too high, restricting access. Here's an FAQ on how to disable it: http://support.ea.co...detail/a_id/380
