I've done some thinking, and always it seems when your main character starts in the fade you're also confronted by Duncan in Weisshaupt Fortress saying the Blight has been permanently defeated. Does anyone else think it would be interesting if that dream sequence would be replaced by something related to your origin? Your companions get something unique according to the Fade but you're always confronted with Duncan, it works and I like it but the thought of something related to your origin is fascinating to me.

Human nobles would be with their family back in Highever, with your character trying to break out of it, and realizing that they are all dead. Well...everyone except Fergus.

Can't think of anything interesting for Magi, and I haven't played the other origins yet.

Any thoughts to this? Just felt like throwing this out there, it sounds like a good basis for discussion, and maybe even a future mod.

It sounds like something they might have considered in development, but dropped for an one-for-all solution.



I'd be surprised if a mod came out like this, but then again I always underestimate mods that aren't completely original.
