That's not a female krogan, from what I figured. The children stay with the females and he's an envoy, he even says he's delaying his Rite by being an envoy from the female clans. That's just a kid.

...which makes it all the more disturbing that you hit on an adolescent boy and you're talking about how much you like his tail. Ew.
