Definitely agree, Joey Ansah has to be Anderson. Not a big name, so the studio could get him cheaply, but still pretty kickass. Haven't seen Street Fighter Legacy, but his fight scene with Matt Damon in The Bourne Ultimatum is one of the best ever done.
