I have been sitting here wondering whats going on I installed the game updated an everything have the OC and both addons but when I go to make a character It seems that Their skin is completely black like the skin textures are not loading So I am curious as to why it is showing the textures. For example the warlock outfit shows the most skin so I choose it and the body is just black the armor and face shows but not the skin underneath I am quite confused about this. I have try reinstalling the game and updating graphics drivers and other things but I cant seem to understand why its having such a hard time with it, It only happened when MOTB Was installed I cant figure out what is going on...

This is not a technical problem.  It's a design problem.  They changed how the game handles skin colors with MOTB and removed the skin from those outfits that show it.  You can get the old warlock texture back, but it won't match your head (especially for some races).
