Miranda: Yes. Home run. The drive core saw the entire thing, too.
Jacob: Home run, most likely.
Kelly: ...Strike? Really, the entire fling with Kelly is ambiguous.
Garrus: No indication that they even started, but I imagine it going up to second base.
Thane: Looks like it ended at first base.
Jack: Home run, most likely (renegades, definitely).
Tali: Home run, most likely.
Liara: Really, this one was the most disappointing. Shepard grabs her butt, she "embraces eternity," and then cut. Their behavior indicates they may have hit a home run, though.
This is what I hated the most about the ME2 romance scenes. Too much ambiguity. I'm disappointed seeing as how Bioware handled it perfectly in ME1. I don't understand why Bioware decided to do this in ME2. Was it FOX News? First of all, they made up 95% of that stuff (and people knew they did, too) and second of all, it wasn't that big of news. If there's one game company that should be worried about sexual content in their games, it's Rockstar; and they just do what they want, anyway. Don't let the media shape what you are. If you decide to bring back ME1-style romance scenes, FOX news will be so focused on the Presidential candidates that they won't even care by the time ME3 comes out.

Mmkay, I'll be basing this on their behaviors preceding the fade-to-black.

What's ambiguous about it? By your description Team Shepard had a huge half-inning, going 7-8 with 5 home runs, a single, and a double.

Eh, sorry if it sounded hypocritical (didn't mean to do so), but those are just my interpretations on it. They could've just rolled around with their clothes on (or half-on in the case of Miranda and Jacob) for all I know. =PUpsettingshorts wrote...

I agree. It's called political correctness, and it ruins all things good. Don't get your hopes up for better romance scenes in ME3. Remember, nothing scares the establishment in Canada, the US (or the rest of the world, for that matter), than bare skin and sex. If terrorists really wanna scare America or Canada, they should employ suicide streakers.
I'm not sure the entire blame lies with the segment on Fox, though. That's just a symptom of our dysfunctional culture of puritanism and political correctness. Just remember what happened in the wake of Janet Jacksons bare chest during the Super Bowl finals.
And seeing as Bioware (unfortunately) is at the mercy of EA for the moment, they can't afford controversy with that much power, influence and capital at their backs, . So don't expect less ambiguity or imaginary sex scenes in ME3
Btw, I find it extremely curious that showing a woman being liquified alive while screaming in agony and fear is OK, but showing two people having sex isn't.

Tali definitely went "all the way" with Shepard. A large part of her romance is that she needs physical intimacy to connect with and feel close to Shepard. No way she would have been cool with, "Oh, well, now that I've seen your face, let's just play it safe and use nerve stimulators instead."
Jacob and Miranda had the least "vague" scenes of them all, if only because they bothered to get half-naked... So yeah, I imagine that Shepard scored there, as well.
Jack definitely had sex with Renegade Shepards, because that's how she deals with things. But if Shepard pursued a Paragon relationship with her, I doubt that she and Shepard actually "did the deed." They kiss and fade to black... and when the picture returns, Jack and Shepard are fully clothed, just holding each other. The scene is intentionally vague, but personally, I don't think that sex is the top priority of any Shepard that enters a Paragon relationship with Jack.
Thane's romance is... less vague than Jack, but not as concrete as Tali. Again, he and Shepard kiss before fading to black, and Shepard says, "Be alive with me tonight"... so, to me, that would imply sex, or at least a level of initimacy that Thane had been unable to experience before being "reawakened" by his Siha. Thane and Shepard wouldn't necessarily need to have sex to express their closeness, but... yeah, they probably had sex.
Garrus probably had sex with Shepard... If only because ninty-percent of his relationship with Shepard consisted of clumsy sexual innuendos, awkward flirtations, and the nagging implication that Shepard desperately wants some casual sex. While the romance becomes surprisingly sweet and intimate at the end, I can't imagine that both Shepard and Garrus shrugged off all of that sexual banter and pornography research. They totally did it.

Probably with all the others, but I think Jack only had sex with Shepard in the "renegade" one, way before the suicide mission. In the "paragon" one, I think it was mostly just smooching and holding. Considering what she's said about being used before in her life (including sexually), and her reaction to "renegade" sex with Shep, it makes sense to me that the scene with her being close to Shepard just before the suicide mission was in a non-sexual way. Just someone wanting to be in her company.
Let's be real here. They all did it. Anyone who actually thinks that any of the romances didn't go all the way

I do not know why, but every time I think of Garrus and Shepard, I think of Phil Foglio's XXXenophile story, "The Story." Google it if you if you are into loving things alien, I believe you can buy it online now.
I'm not sure if Shepard had sex with Miranda, though. I mean, she goes through all the trouble of putting on a bra for their big night when it was obvious that she was not wearing one the entire game.

So reach and flexibility isn't a euphemism for sex? I feel so let down.

Makes you wonder where Morrigan was keeping that bra though... I don't think that top has pockets. Nor the leather trousers.

So Turians are just like Asari, only it's not as much fun to grab Garrus' ass first.
