My question is who decided "the harsh truth of the Hawke lineage"? Did Mike and David come up with it, even if they didn't directly work on the DLC, or is this something that was farmed out to an intern just so they could get their $10?
As for Mr. Irenicus Face... I'm not seeing a direct copy of the Architect. If anything, they're both derivatives of the abomination.

1) How long a DLC will this be, roughly?
Yeah. Most their DLC (even LotSB, that everybody gushes over for whatever reason) isn't that long, although they can pack some good gameplay in (although, I think that depends who the designers are; DLC more often gets done by the B and C teams, I think, not the A team that actually made the game, and it can really, really show IMO).

2) I see that you have your companions with you for this. Is there any dialogue with them? Let's face it, companion interaction was one of DA2's major redeeming features.
I was going to ask if they could nudge Fernando to give a cast list. I doubt there would be much dialogue because of the need to get all the VO lined up (my guess it'll just be Nick/Lady Hawke and whatever actor for the antagonist they get from their very small pool of actors they use over and over and over).

4) Is this a standalone adventure, or does it tie in to anything going on in Kirkwall? Will Cassandra question Varric about it?
I think, tying in to #2, it's unlikely anybody in the game will respond. They don't lightly modify the base campaign (not even to fix it), and they'd have to get the actors back and record them the same way (the last thing you want is different quality or volume or whatever with the drop-in parts, how cheap) and then script it into the game.

It better not be simply a Warden's Keep for DA2.
Worst DLC ever. Ever.
Bring Down the Sky was a triumph compared to that stain. That it could have anything in common is why my first question is who came up with the concept of what Hawke's Lineage: The Real Honest Harsh Truth is going to be.
