That voice actor is going to bother me now.

I'm going to guess Jim Cummings because he can make his voice sound like any other voice in existence. And it kind of reminds me of... Scar.

If you're talking about the voice that says "You are what held me" then I'm almost certain it's David Sterne, the man who voiced Magistrate Vanard. I couldn't find a good clip on youtube but I just loaded up an old DA2 save of mine and it's practically the same voice.

Really interested in this Conductor, in fact I wonder if 'Legacy' somehow ties to the legacy of the Tevinter Magisters, the first Darkspawn. The naming itself has me intrigued, much like The Architect.
'The Conductor', eh? Will he be accompanied by a full orchestra of Darkspawn?
(Ogres on brass, Emmisary's on flutes, a Genlock singing soprano and Hurlock backing dancers? All playing to the Archdemons 'Call of the Blight in C-minor')

So how many people are actually going to buy this?

Sure I have a few issues with Dragon Age 2, but I still find it fun and enjoyable...just ask the husband. LOL From the looks of the DLC, I won't be disappointed. I've spent $10 on less worthy items.

I definitely will be buying it as soon as it comes out.  Sure, I had some problems with the end of Act 3.  But overall, DA2 was a lot of fun.  $10 isn't much to spend.  Looking forward to it!

what I want to know is if this is meant to be happening during original story of Dragon age 2 or after the events of Dragon Age 2.

I already have the points for it.

Rather spend $10 on a DLC than the $16.00 (8.00 each)for matinee tickets to a crappy film which I ended up doing recently.

And I'd rather spend $10 on this DLC than the $40.00 ($20 each) for a play that was 2 excruciatingly long, boring hours and I've been wishing I could wipe it from my memory ever since.   :pinched:

Really, $10 is not all that much to pay for a few hours of entertainment.

Don't know if this has been asked yet, but seeing as we can access Bethany or Carver in the post-campaign save which supposedly takes place before the final events, does the DLC have some sort of story line explanation for the sibling being able to forgo their current situation or will the DLC just go "oh hai guyz look whos back"?

Yes. Depending on where you are in the story and whether they went Warden or Circle/Templar will depend on the explanation they give for coming with you.

Nice!

I need 3000 MSP for the end of this month! :( 1200 From Dust, 800 Legacy, 800 1/2 minute hero and 800 on Old World Blues! What a pain! Haha, I'll definitely be buying it on release though, any content is good content IMO.

I have some BW bucks left in the bank and I'm tempted.

So would it be safe to say that this DLC is a "fully integrated" one - where all the companions have been accounted for, and have at least a small part to play other than just a tag-along party member?

Not to me. They sound like different VAs.

Brontos, yay! I noticed the one next to the dwarf had riding gear on it. Is that Snug from GoA?

Just out of interest, will the DLC recognise if Hawke is in a relationship with one of the party members, depending on where in the game you launched it from? Any specific scenes/lines/comments/anything for the romanced characters? :)

Really? Play the first line of the magistrate then open this straight after, sounds like the same guy to me.

Can anyone see the reason why "Justice" has to awake in the prison? There shouldn't be any of Templar there and it seemed Warden gave Anders up already from Stroud (presumed as High-rank Warden) behavior in the Deep Roads.

That happens whenever Anders activates vengence, doesn't need to have a story reason. Not to say there won't be one, just saying.

Actually.... the female Warden seems to also do the Justice glow, so I think she may be a Rivaini Seer turned Warden.

Also, Justice may get pissed off at seeing another intelligent Darkspawn. bad memories and all that.

@nerdage: I hear just too much of a difference. Vanard's voice is heavier while the Conductor's sounds different.

But I may be wrong.
