My obvious upsetness at having to wait all night for nothing aside, I do hope the staff will read this thread and see we like Midnight releases for DLC as much as we do for the actual games and do them from now on.

Yeah, I gotta admit, if you say "This is coming out on the 26th" have it come out on the 26th. Or at the very least be like "The 26th at 9AM est" or whatever time it finally gets released. I don't mind waiting for it to come out in a certain time zone since I'm overseas, but still...D:

 I don't know how the PC system works, though they can't midnight launch the 360/PS3 versions simply because of how Microsoft and Sony operates.

People will always complain about the waiting and releasing late.
To me, I'm just glad it's being release > w<

I think it depends. I could use Steam or the website itself. So I suppose it's just a matter of whoever updates their system first. I would assume like most other things it's already been set for a specific time.

And I am glad it's being released, and I don't mind waiting, but I can also understand folks being frustrated for waiting until midnight and getting nothing.

It may say release on the 26, but doesn't say anything about midnight release.
And I doubt they be doing that for DLC anymore.
So people should just wait half a day till it's out....

inhsert x date for dlc generally means 9am for them on that date for pc, for xbox and ps3 thats controlled by microsoft/sony

PC/Mac - approx 10AM MST (1700 GMT)
X360 - when MS updates marketplace (so can't guarantee) - for previous DLCs, I think it was early AM PST (early aft GMT)
PS3 (not europe) - when Sony updates store (so can't guarantee) - for previous DLCs, I think it was early afternoon PST
PS3 (europe) - when Sony updates store (so can't guarantee) - for previous DLCs, I think it was around mid day GMT.

It doesn't specify any time, however, the beginning of the 26th is Midnight, so it's not a far stretch for people to expect the release to be then.

Also, many games release at midnight and people are used to that. It doesn't bother me either way, but I'm not going to begrudge people for feeling miffed about it.

 I Agree completely about the release, but that alot of the *Main* game. DLC is abit different.

I'm taking that same party! Warden!Carver, Anders and Varric. My M!Hawke romanced Anders, so I hope that's mentioned at least once... I think they said at Comic-Con that the romances will be referenced in Legacy.

Is it too much to hope that Carver will be awkward around Anders because he's my gay lover?

With my character sided with mages.

Anders.... Cannot wait to kill him in Act 3 again. I did it every game, including my mage characters. That being said I think I should add - I don't like him.

I don't think it's too much to hope for!

I know I'm sick, but my F!Hawke is suffering from lots of UST with Carver, despite romancing Anders. :innocent: Poor Carver, how I love to torment him in my head. He's my favorite companion...such a bummer on the whole brother thing.

I killed Anders once, on my imaginary "I'm romancing Cullen, so I'm siding with the templars" playthrough.
