Unlike most of us here I really really liked Dragon Age II and I'm stoked for this DLC. Can't wait! Now I have something good three Tuesdays in a row, L.A. Noire dlc next week, New Vegas dlc next next week and finally Dragon Age II dlc in three weeks. Good thing I've some Microsoft Points left.

I'm totally with you on this.  Skipping the LA Noire stuff, cuz that game was soooo three weeks ago, but yeah, New Vegas and DA2 DLC is perfect timing.  Getting set to do a 5th playthrough of DA2, maybe on 6 by the time DLC is out.  Looking forward to it!

Note: if it's a 1 hour DLC for ten bucks, Bioware will feel my wrath in the manner of a strongly-worded e-mail.  I promise.

It'll be between Witch Hunt and Lair of the Shadow Broeker in terms of DLC quailty is my prediction.

Hope this is good. I genuinely liked Hawke so am happy they are exploring the 'father' aspect. As for the actual DLC... we'll see, Dragon Age's only real good DLC was Awakening, and that was more like a sequel than a DLC. Optimistic though, just started my Origins/Awakening/DA2 playthrough for this DLC

Well Shadow Broker is regarded as the DLC to aspire to and it would have been around 3 hours.

When you put in the "vicious criminal cartel" that was after Hawke and to think the Warden was kinda in the same boat......makes me think these guys are like the illuminati and after anything that is good, so yea I'am game and would love to throw down some secret society that wants to rule over the world, mohaha, I hope we get to kill some of these freaks!

I was reading the comments when something completly off topic hit me. The darkspawn hear a song that leads them to find archdemons. Bertrand talks about hearing a song from the idol. What if the primeval thaig was a tevinter city and the idol was used to worship the old gods.

I'm waiting for more info, notably length.  Does anybody know if you'll be able to play with your sibling if you beat the game with your sibling fighting by your side?  I know that they say to consider all DLC as happening at the latest before the last mission, so before your sibling joins back up with you.  I'm not sure I want to do another playthrough (or restart the game just to experience the DLC).

I think I'll also wait for it to come out and to see how the reviews are.

I think this new Darkspawn boss was designed from the base Architect model, then just edited here and there to create this new one.

At least that's how it looks in my eyes, anyway. (Watch it be another Architect).
