Let's hope he makes up for his looks.

What's with judging the big meat sheild by his looks?   Minsc was not pinnacle of perfection,  Korgan was pretty much butt ugly.   eh might be a pretty cool guy, fights reapers and doesn't afraid of anything.

No way. He isn't tan enough.
He just looks like he missed the Gears of War 3 train and ended up in Mass Effect instead.

I love the party banters.
And the skills. And the trees.

I also miss feeling the HUGE difference in gameplay from the beginning to the end. My medic was absolutely crazy once I maxed out.

Hell yes to all of this and especially Thane vs Kai Leng!!! He should be about to kill shepard and at the last second thane blocks his katana with his own! then they have an epic sword fight that turns in to a fist fight then thane kills him with a quick stab to the gut then finishes with his signiture neck break. that would be epic

Glad to see everyone likes the Thane vs Kai Leng wish! Blade fighting? Hell. Yes.

I can just see Shepard fighting with Kai Leng, holding up as best s/he can. Shep's not a pro in hand-to-hand, after all. At one point s/he glances in the shadows, lets Leng think he has the advantage, and Thane comes out of nowhere, proceeding to kick all sorts of ass.

Yeah, now that I think about it I felt like Thane and Samara were very silent companions compared to most. Jack always spoke up in the middle of my conversations. I suppose its because of their stoic personalities. It would be nice for them (and the rest of the companions) to be more involved in dialog. (Spouting their opinions etc)

^^I noticed that too. It's such a shame--I find Samara's code rather interesting, and would have liked to hear more. And Thane has a rather dry sense of humor that you only get to hear a couple of times.

I have another wish: being able to call upon your squadmates to solve a conflict, like in DA2. Let Garrus threaten someone, or have Liara use blackmail. It gives us a bit more squad interaction, and Shepard won't seem like the only one able to solve problems.

How about all those resources I dug up in ME2 (over 1 million units of each type except for eezo...I know too much time on my hands) will carry over and be needed to supply the Earth rescue armada in ME3. You would have to decide how much to give to each of your allies and that mis alocating them will not give you the "perfect" outcome.

Yes. If you had things like class specific persuasion or squad specific persuasion it would encourage a more lax/fluid morality choice system. I mainly play a paragonish type character, but I can't get myself to agree with all of the path options 100%. Especially when operating in the Terminus systems.

I had issues with DA2, but that was one of my favorite things they added.

I also think they should make a relationship/loyalty status bar with each individual character (not like the DA2 one. One that feels a bit more organized and has different levels of loyalty. As you progress you unlock little things like new outfits, squad persuasion, new weapons, a side quest, strong damage output when Shepard has low health etc. etc.

This is good too. I completed the collection quests in ME1, and had a few million credits. Only a small portion of that carried over to ME2. I understand its so that the player doesn't have the ability to breeze through the game, but I at least want a reasonable reward for completing the quests. It discouraged me from ever doing a perfect run through on ME1 ever again.

Make it as long as you want. All of these are amazing/hilarious. I love the variety of clothes/armor and holding a party. I kind of liked the way DA: Origins ended where you get to talk to all of your companions afterwards about what they plan on doing with their lives / they offer to take you traveling. It allowed you to make up what your character plans on doing after the blight. I chose to go on a sailing adventure with Sten and Zev. It offered a good amount of closure and was quite heart warming.

Also, who is Blasto? That sounds familiar.

They should introduce a "BRO-INTEREST" feature. Where instead of having hot passionate love making before the final battle, you can hang out with your favorite Mass Effect character / best mass effect friend and have a sort-of enlightening talk about everything that's going to happen.

I really liked that interaction with Liara at the end of Shadow Broker. (She wasn't my LI, and it was refreshing to have a NPC care about you but not want to hump you.) I would love to have a bromance with Legion. I love the way Shep interacts with Legion, and how Legion has a weird interest in Shepard. (Not in a romantic way, but Legion couldn't describe why they took a piece of Shep's armor and stuck it to their body.)

I'd like there to be a desert level in ME3. I realise it is probably too late in development to get new content made however. See Image: ( http://i166.photobuc...pg?t=1241912677 ).

I'm a fan of the Dune novels, and I believe a good action or Prothean quest could be made on a constantly shifting sand world,

(brainstorming: where N7 vehicles get stuck, geth appear out of the sand, grenades create sand clouds reducing visibility, characters must shelter in caves from the weather and epic sand storms would add an element sometimes missing in the hygenic (in aesthetic) room clearing dynamic of ME2.)

It would also be a chance for some beautiful lighting, desert mirage effect and character development time (characters talking during long trek across dunes)

Does anyone else like the Dune novels? Please say if so.

Yesyesyes.
Yes.
Thrashermaws in ME1 (and the desert level where you find the fake beacon that killed several soldiers) always reminded me of Dune. God Emperor of the Maws should be in ME3. Oh ho ho ho.

I also kind of imagined the Volus to be from a desert like planet as well. I should look into that, I haven't read up much on their culture/biology/planet. I only know they were like merchants so I just assumed their home planet looked like Tosche Station from Star Wars.
One also can't forget the promise to take Thane to a desert.

I'm rambling now.ffff

I did the same with Zev and Sten! Yeah, I think it would be excellent if they had a party at the end, during which there is something like the celebration in DAO, where you get to talk to your companions about their plans and yours. If they don't go for cutscenes (and considering the amount of characters, it'd probably just be LIs at most), this would be a good way to finish the story of each character nicely.

And Shep really does need more wardrobe variety! Everything in ME2 had a Cerberus logo on it and was a little dull. There wasn't a lot of armour styles either - and they all looked heavy, which doesn't really work with my adepts/engineers.

Oh, Blasto is the hanar Spectre you hear about on Illium, haha. He may or may not be real. If he is, I'd love to meet him! Posted Image

Omg. I don't remember Blasto at all. :crying:
I need to look into that immediately. I just remember Zaeed's story about when he was being strangled by a Hannar during one of his missions.

I agree about wardrobe variety. I love big bulky armor, but the bulkiest armor had weird tube-like things all over it. :c And I know all girls/guys aren't into that mech look. If you have a huge fanbase, its best to add a variety.
