You pose a very interesting possibility concerning the effect the events at the end of Mass Effect 2 may have on Kelly Chambers. Not only is it suggested that her captivity may have lingering impact on her personality, but I think it is also important to note that Cerberus (who Kelly had a strong affiliation) appears to ally with the Reapers during ME3. This may further impact her fragile state of mind.

Do you think she'll get indoctrinated? maybe in ME3 when you meet up with her she'll be a basket case?

I Always pictured Shepard would find her, she'd be a total nut case and then start firing at shepard..
