 Tried everything. I have edited the propeties of  the Launcher application, i have edited the Key bindings, and i've even edited the XML document, yet i still can't open the console. Can anyone help me?

You know that you can't see the console even when you open it?

You don't run the launcher.
You edit "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Dragon Age 2\\bin_ship\\DragonAge2.exe" -enabledeveloperconsole

I used to have the same problem, and after desperate searching I stumbled on someone saying they couldn't bind it to tilda, but had tried binding to F8 and it worked. I tried that and everything works now. Maybe try changing what you've bound it to?
