For some reason, the Scholar trophy won't pop up for me, it even says I have 15/15 New Mass Effect 2 Codex Entries on the trophy menu in game, and it still doesn't pop. I tried uninstalling the data and reinstalling, yet that didn't work either, does anyone have any advice?

I don't even recall this trophy, just that I did not have any trophy issues in ME2, only the one in overlord getting the 6 or so items, as the hammerhead has issues and missiles don't guide.
I do recall something about the in game counter that it shows differently then actual items found.
