Hi, all. I just wanted to let you know that I solved my issue with the DA:O Ultimate Edition, so if you've got the same problem as I did, maybe this will help you.

When I first tried to access my downloadable content in the Ultimate Edition, I kept being prompted to enter some kind of redemption code. My game didn't come with a redemption code, so I had no idea what to do.

Solution: I installed the game content onto my xbox with the 2nd CD in the case. After the game content was intalled, I went to the main screen.

When I selected "downloadable content," the game STILL asked me for a redemption code. 

I then went to "new game" and, what do you know, there's where all my DLCs were! I could play Leliana's Song, Darkspawn Chronicles, etc.

Hopefully this helps anyone with the same problems. :happy:
