I'm from New Zealand and I prefer to preorder my games in store, EB games and JB-HiFi have yet to start taking preoders for ME 3 and Bioware has yet to release a date for retail preorders

I'm not going for the Collector's Edition myself, it just doesn't seem like a good value. 20 more dollars, and all I'd really be interested in is the new character and mission.
Dragon Age II gave you all sorts of stuff like that for free just for pre-ordering, with the Signature Edition. It would've been nice if Bioware did this for ME3. They're forgetting that Day 1 DLC is supposed to be free, to give the fans some value. But of course, money is money, and that's what greases the wheels.
Not giving my 20 bucks though. I will be giving my 60 bucks for Mass Effect 3 of course, but 80 is a bit much.
