does anyone know if there is a bug in Baldurs Gate 2 which prevents a mage (imoen and nalia) from having the greater malison spell in there mage book, i have tried several times to write this spell into my mage book and though it tells me it has been written it never appears, i have written all the other leve l4 charm/enchantment spells and they all appear but this one does not, it is doing my head in

Yes, This is an old issue with the writing script… the work around is to add the spell using shadow-keeper or NearInfinity… once it is in your book it can be used normally.
P.s. sorry it took so long but I’m playing wizardry this week.
