Does anyone know if the Signature edition rewards will still work on a regular copy of DAII?

The Signature Edition items and DLC are entitlements on your account. As long as you log into the game with the BioWare account that has these registered entitlements, when you access the Dragon Age 2 servers it should read the entitlements correctly and you should be able to use the DLC from the Signature Edition.
