Mordin Solus (I am the very model of the scientis Salarian, i've studied species Turian, Asari and Batarian, i'm quite good at genetic (as a subset of Biology) because i am an expert(Which i know is a Tautology), My Xenoscience studies range from Urban to Agrarian, i Am the Very Model of Scienist Salariaaaaaaaan... Need i say more?)

Loghain Mac Tir (FAR more deep than many believe, even more if you read the novels, but the only way to understand is recruiting him)

Special mention to Atton, I didn't include him because he's not BioWare and also because he was pretty much the only awesome thing about a game that to this day makes me cringe to think about.

I think I may need to play KotOR again to refresh my memory on why I like it so much. The only companions that really stand out in my memory are HK and Jolee.

I'm sorry, i'm not exactly a master at English (i'm Latin American), so i gotta ask, is there people out there who ACTUALLY talk (and write) like that (putting a T before certain words, that don't have T obviously)?
.... or was that just a joke to imitate Morrigan?

I actually hate him, but Anders in DA2 is one of my favorite Bioware characters, just because he is the most fascinating to me. At first glance he is one dimensional, "a bloo bloo bloo mages are so abused a bloo bloo bloo" but you watch him losing control and becoming insanely driven by the end of the game. That's why I had my Hawke run off with him. I think it makes for a more epic story and turns Hawke himself morally ambiguous no matter how you had been playing up to that point.

On that note, sarcastic Hawke is absolutely hilarious. Some of the stuff he says to be funny ends up just being downright cruel and he doesn't even realize it.

From Mass Effect, Wrex and Mordin are probably my favorites, personality wise. Concept wise Legion is my favorite. Paragon Shepard is a pretty cool bro.

It's an anachronism- old way of speaking.  So you might hear it now and again in informal language when people are pretending to be formal or whatever, not just to make fun of Morrigan.  I guess with her it was meant to show she learned from books and not from speaking with other people, so she picked up older forms of the language.

My all time favorite is probably Korgan from BG2.

And Korgan is an anagram for Krogan. This is the reason why Wrex is so awesome, that's my theory.
