How is archery now? I see DW is ridiculous now so how is the other side of the Rogue?
Archer is good, but irritatingly the bosses and lieutenants have % limit on damage at once. This means while DW roges can hit with both daggers for 40% or 80% damage, the archer is limited to 20% or 40% respectively. No more assassinate 1-shot-kill for archer.
I heard Isabella has gotten better, why?
No knockbacks for her and lacerate has become more powerful. Mostly the knockbacks, means she can run around without being interrupted constantly. I enjoy having aveline running bodyguard on isabela now and give them tactics to work together.
What are the overall thoughts on the changes to Mages, specifically all 3 specializations?
Blood Mage tree is different now. On the negative, you can no longer reach 8 mana-hp conversion ratio. Most can realisticlly get is 4.5. However now Grave Robber does good damage, and Blood Control lasts a half decent amount of time.
Spirit Healer is more powerful than before, with AoE and regen increases as part of the patch. I find the class fairly boring though since you cannot act offensively.
Force Mage is same as ever. I think they increased the damage of the Fist of the Maker, which it needed. However since knockback is less likely, the Unshackable skill is no longer necessary for a mage build.
Due to limited button mapping on console versions, which class runs the best with 6 or less mapped actions?
Sorry I run on PC.
Edit: Theoretically here, warriors run with the lowest amount of abilities. Rogues may use quite a few, but mage is the class that usually ends up with 10+ active abilities. Its perfectly possible to play any class with only 6 though.
