The Legacy DLC is said to take place in the Vimmarck Mountains. I was wondering If Anybody out there knows where they are? I looked at a map of Thedas but didn't see them. In the trailer they appeared to be a fairly dry and dusty place. That makes me think they may be in the Anderfels. I doubt they are in the Free Marches because as far as we know they arw the fertile breadbasket of Thedas.
Where are the Vimmark Mountains?

There is a Vimmark Mountain Pass in the Shepherding Wolves quest. So they may be part of Kirkwall's surrounding environs.

Well... they're there.
They constitute pretty much all of Kirkwall's land border aside from the forest to the west.
Actually it's more like they completely surround Kirkwall, since it appears they extend into the forest.

Well, the Silent Plains became a barren wasteland due to the taint (supposedly). It could be the presence of this Ancient Evil has made the land here similarly barren.
