I have just recuirted both Wrex and Garrus and my party consists of Wrex and Kaidan now. I know bringing along Wrex will kill Fist, how do I change my party member? is it possible?

Yes, but you have to go back to the Normandy to do it.

Then you have to reload to before you recruit Wrex and you'll have an option who to take with you to take down Fist.

i almost did this same thing my last PT.
a good idea is to wait, and recruit wrex after you become a spectre. nomatter what he will be on c-sec, and he will confront you about killing fist (even if you only scared him off), and then give you free credits!!! lol
