I pre-ordered Dragon Age Origins from Gamestop yesterday and, got the codes for the Feral Wolf Charm and Memory Band. I tried to redeem them but, it said that it was unable to redeem the codes. Do I have to wait until the games comes out on Tuesday or, am I doing something wrong?

The codes will not probably be activated until Tuesday. No sense rewarding those who managed to get the game early...

I haven't even gotten my codes yet from Gamestop, I was assuming they'd be emailed on Tuesday. I would think you'd have to wait until the game is playable.

Which platform?

You should be able to redeem the codes already - it'll just have the item attached to your account for whenever you do get the game and log into it in the future. 

To redeem a code: 
Here on social site, in the menu on the left of the screen under your avatar pic...
select Profile -> Redeem Promo Code. 

Make sure you are logged in with the account you want the DLC attached to.  Enter the code on that screen.

If you get an error let us know on the web help forum - don't include your promo codes

I ordered the Ce from gamestop a few months ago. Anyways, just got off -the-line with customer service and I got the run around. So I am now concerned.

I've been wondering about this, myself. I should have codes coming from a variety of sources, and I haven't heard a thing from any of them. Looks like I'll be waiting to see what happens on Tuesday!

Amazon states that the codes for The Lion's Paw and The Memory Band will be e-mailed within 10 days after the game's release in case anyone else has ordered from Amazon and might have missed that.

Ah thanks for the update, I was reading this thread and wondering about what Amazon was up to. I just figured the codes would be stuffed in the box or something.

As far as the Rave Cards go from GameStop, they've started handing them out already to people who have the game Preordered. They aren't actually selling the game yet, but they've been given the go-ahead, or so I assume, from EA and BioWare on this. This isn't for the in-box stuff, just extras like Feral Wolf Charm and the like.

I have another redeem-issue. I have bought Dragon Age Origins and I got 2x redeem codes. One for The Stone Prisoner and one for the Blood Dragon Armor. I tried to redeem them but it sais that they have already been used. Can I somehow redeem it in another way? Maybe by sending my redeem codes to an admin for checkup?

You chose the oldest thread, now nearly two months old, and so long dead, there's no longer even any stink left from decay.  Back then, the correct forum didn't exist.  There is a Web Site help forum to ask these questions in that has been aroiund for at least six weeks.

I have had many technical problems with the game and tried to reinstall it. Now I can't load my saved games because it is telling me someone with the addons I already have needs to log in.
