Shepard has a team. And it includes one of the only people who actually did salvage useful information from a geth's memory, even.

Then why the hell would it create such a huge explosion? Why would it be so vehement about taking organics with it?

Well, assuming the Reapers weren't around, obviously.

Shepard's duties don't revolve around the study of Geth.  You can't even ask Tali to do so.  The Geth showed up after 300 years with strange technology; it's in the Council's best interest to know what that is.

Because it was discovered, realized the only option was death and decided to take it's hated enemy with it.

If Reapers weren't around, neither would the Council.

Which is good, as I doubt you could ever provide a man with a woody.

Perhaps, but I'd need to test it on a man, rather than... whatever the hell you are.

Oh bull****, TIM is affectionately called "The Plumber" by women.

Yes, I imagine that something in the stockpiles of drugs Cerberus whips up would be helpful for inducing affection...

Regardless, you can't deny that the Council's response led to the best possible result. I think they know more about this sort of thing than you do.

Because it was discovered, realized the only option was death and decided to take it's hated enemy with it.

It really just kinda assumed. I've saved the rachni queen; saving one AI would be rather small compared to that.

We can hope.

No, they really don't seem to, considering their hostility to you, the lack of disbelief that you're alive, their lack of appreciation...
Regardless of how it turned out, it was the inappropriate action.

Based on it's experience with organics, it came to the (rightful) conclusion that we are dangerous to AI.  Would you have saved the Rachni Queen if she said all she wanted to do was go out and take vengence on the Krogan?  Because the AI wanted to join the Geth.

Lack of disbelief you're alive? What?

I would have tried to find said AI a better alternative.

You like Sucker Punch? It's okay. I'd watch it again if it ever came on cable.

Evasive manuevers then?

If they're so dense that they react to a dead man returning to life without some sense of awe, they deserve what's coming to them.

It would have had no reason to believe you, an organic (who may be working for the Council at that point).  And you didn't answer the question.

They'd heard rumors about it before Shepard showed up. They could get used to the idea.

I can't give an answer because I can't see the situation that that action would take. And even if it was a "logical action," taking the action was a threat that required me to kill it.

Did they all come together in some sort of CE deal or whatever?

Just out of curiosity, have you actually ever been together with a man? In any romantic or sexual context, that is.

Also, I have to admit that I quite like your new avatar.

You don't just "get used" to the idea coming back to life.  This isn't Baldur's Gate, we can't just go down to the local Cleric and get a Raise Dead spell.

So you'd kill it then?  Because you're wanting to aid an AI that desires to join with the Geth; your blood enemies (in ME1).

You may as well ask the same thing to Garrus or Liara. The only people who are totally shocked are those who didn't know.

It seemed to want to go to the geth because it had no other choice. If one could be presented...

No, Liara gave you to Cerberus so they could try to bring you back, she gets a pass.  Everyone else... not so much.

No, it hates organics because organic kill AI.  AI are illegal, so presenting it to another person or the Council isn't going to happen.  The Geth really are the AI's sole chance at freedom.

I'd be willing to work with it, so long as it didn't have the ability to control the Normandy. And, you know, if it was saner.

Well, not to release it to the geth.

Have you ever considered it? Also, when did you find out you were interested in women?

I ask you the same questions. But for your answers... briefly in the abstract, but I've never really found any men attractive. And it's just always been that way, since I was interested in anyone (from about 8-9).
