Know what? That part with Bioware was about Bioware-player relationship, not about in-game Shepard, and Renegades have, believe it or not, their own vision of morality too.

They do, and can save the galaxy with it.

I'm sure we'll also find out that Elnora ended up running an orphanage...... that was later burned down by Cerberus of course.

Eh, it could happen. I'm surprised you didn't take to her more, but, wait, she's not human. Never mind.
Oh well, You'd have misunderstood her anyway.

We would've done the exact same thing  if she were human.

We're not like you, holding your precious blue sub-humans to other standards than the rest of the galaxy.

If there's an option to bend her over and spank her for being a bad girl I would have taken it (be her Human or Asari). But there's not. Shepard can only solve problems with guns or not solve problems at all.

Oh, I know you'd have done the same thing, given your sadism, but you'd admire her actions more if she was human.

I've solved many problems with words alone.

Ahh, the disappointment at the loss of the pain you'd hoped the game would inflict upon others... 'tis delicious.

Inflict upon others?  Are you kidding me?  Right, I sadly assumed there would be two viable paths in this game, both with good and bad consequences to both paths that would end up being a good gameplay experience.  No, I started this game with the sole intention of hoping that people who play the other path would wallow in misery over seemingly all of their choices being rendered moot.  That's what I play games like this for right?  To hope that some fans on the other side of the fence have a horrible experience?

Yet I read things from the other side saying "you shouldn't have bet on the losing side"  and renegade being labeled as failure in the dev tools or whatever.  Excuse me for wanting, hell at this point, ONE outcome that is better than the paragon version.

Plus Xil, if you want a good laugh on your precious asari account, I would humbly point out my Asari (Liara) OWNED thread in the Mass Effect 3 Spoilers group.

P.S.: From additional lines I red it appears that Prothy also jabs Liara over that particular issue a LOT. Plus there is ANOTHER issue with certain asari goddess...

Sure. Revel in the fact that there is a fictional universe in which your decision making will actually benefit the universe. I would have settled with writing a self-insert fanfic instead of paying $60, but whatever floats your boat.

How is bringing justice upon a murderer sadistic in any way?

I was more referring to Kaiser Shepard and Seboist, who are despicable people in general. You I can sympathize with.

Very well, I shall see.

I can't animate my own game.

You don't do much after saving the galaxy. No, I was talking about a LOT of choices leading to the actual saving act.

One thing I've noticed is that in the Witcher community you don't see much flaming between players who support the order of the flaming rose vs the Scoia'tael or Iorveth vs Roche. The reason for this is because that series has equal viable paths unlike in ME where you have Paragon vs gimped troll Paragon.

Witcher is a man's game, I'd rather have Witcher 3 than ME3.

Such as?
Also, you didn't "own" the asari so much as fail to shoplift them. That was weak.

Maybe agreeing with some of the things Cerberus does (not because Cerbeus does it, more because I agree with the idea),  the "Council solution" comes immediately into mind.

On the asari issue: the galaxy percieves them and their capabilites in certain way. This discovery will make those opinions significantly lower. That's good enough to me.

Also I added another edit to the OP.

Does the galaxy sucks? Maybe.
Are they right? Absolutely.

Well, I'm a Paragade, so I should have a good run-through I guess, but that part with Balak.....If a guy who nearly destroyed a planet ends up doing a face heel-turn to being one of Shepard's supporters....that's just seriously contrived. And I actually like getting punished for some of my actions. I was personally looking forward to getting punished for maybe letting the rachni go, and I even let Elnora go even though she had the eclipse uniform. I even preferred my ending with the council dying since I felt it added more conflict with my character and the other species since it was more conflicted, and not 'I love you' Shepard. Still, that Balak decision is just seriously messed up if that's true. That not only means that renegades get punished for hostages dying and losing a supporter. But Paragons get all of the rewards for letting a mass-homicidal terrorist go.

Well, the whole Balak thing isn't as bad as the Reapers pulling another Rachni Queen out of their asses or a Renegade Shepard who killed Wrex, destroyed the genophage data and has no desire to cure it being railroaded into doing so on Sur'kesh.

Yeah, the renegade choices regarding the genophage only result in apparently "weaker" army.

Anyone remember Smudboy?  While he can be nitpicky about some things in this series, I got a good laugh out of this.  If only waking up from being dead or close to it was similar to how they did it with the femshep in this vid.
