We need to secure a position of power so that our children can grow safe and live their lives to the fullest, and fulfil their destiny. Survival is not enough, we need to be aggressive, we need to become so powerful that our children will never have to worry about survival again. I want my femshep's and TIM's child to grow up in the galaxy where humans are safe and strong. The galaxy where the humans rule.

Hmmm. Well, if I was to apply your standards, I would be heavily at cross-purposes with you, because I'd want my own children to grow up in the galaxy where asari are safe and strong. It's unfortunate I can never remember if you think that worthy of respect or not.
Luckily, my loyalties aren't bought by anyone's genes except on an absurdly tight tiebreaker, and I doubt any will arise.

The number of people who can rant about human dominance and the "heroism" of TIM on threads like these is... a bit scarey, frankly.  But I guess the Aryan Nation has to find its recruits somewhere.  And no, that's not just a flip comment.  Think about it for awhile.

Unnecessary Godwin, and also quite untrue.

"If we don't achieve dominance for (us), we'll always be in danger from the threat posed by (them)."

"It has to be better than this" is about the most useless reason to support something.

Of course, any pro-Cerberus argument would be that in your eyes.

It's not useless because it's pro-Cerberus, it's useless because it's never a good reason.  Oddly enough, it's one that people have been using on another thread to defend Anders' moving to tear down the existing system in Thedas in DA2 without anything in mind to replace it, and I called it useless there to.

Actually, the Aryan Nation would probably be highly annoyed at Cerberus for having an Asian/Slavic man as one of its top members. The comparison to RL doesn't work that well.

Don't get lost in the details.  The essence of the worldview remains the same.

The Aryan Nation themselves would get lost in the details. The essence of the worldview is the same, but the point of this worldview is that otherwise inconsequential details are of fatal importance.

I apologize if that was nitpicky.

You assume I think we should be on top to keep them down, whereas we should keep them down to prevent them from making things worse. Keep them from destroying themselves, like many a child would if not kept in check by his parents.

If you actually cared about anyone other than yourself, I might believe that. As it stands, however...

I'll give you that he possesses the same amount of selflessness that TIM does. However, I'm still curious about what you think of what I said regarding my own children.

In terms of accuracy, this is a pot calling kettle situation.

Then allow me to apologize to everyone who favors Renegade yet isn't personally despicable, and say that I hope they find as much enjoyment in ME3 as possible regardless.

Why thank you, although I fear I might not enjoy ME3 as much as you hope I will.

Still, the apology is much appreciated.

If it was up to me you wouldn't be having children in the first place and you'd be making license plates in a gulag on Noveria.

Conceited paternalism, check.  You keep hitting every item on the list.

That depends on whether you would let your "blood" loyalty get in the way of the purpose I serve.

It might make these discussions less round-about if certain people could refrain from making in-character posts outside the role-playing threads.

Unless of course some of you really believe the things you're saying, in which case you need some damn help.

Um... what?

I've never posted "in character" on the forums.  I'm not the one talking about "serving TIM's cause".

Everyone knows a real role-player would never admit to being a role player. You have to be convincing about it.
