I don't know what you're going on about, and really, I don't care.

At least we've moved on to something more intelligent than defending TIM.

Indeed, I can't believe people would do such things in a title called 'The Illusive Man'!  The nerve!  I expected a chorus of people to follow me on what a monster he was!

Sadly, I can believe that people would defend TIM and Cerberus.  Sad, but not surprising.

True.  My bad.  I just don't personally see what you wish to get from this thread other than arguing though.

Perhaps I just wish to make a few comments in the place where people are singing the players of a racial-supremacist and his Mengelesque cronies.

Wait, never mind, I thought you were referring to the supporters IRL as Mengelesque.

Hahaha.

It's so cute when you try to play aloof and uncaring after a failed counter. It's like a tsundere at work.

Why should I be aloof about your failures?

If 'the gutter' is what Xil calls a species in the post-Reaper world that retains its technology, identity, and inter-stellar cohesion and ability to exist... then that's not a bad gutter to be in.

Everything Cerberus isn't successfully doing as of ME3, you mean?

Oh, I take no credit for you, Killjoy. Don't worry.

I don't know. Do you want me to share what the end-state is, or do you still want to cling to ignorance on the subject?

Given that we don't really know what the end-state is, and that it'd be among the easiest parts of the game to rewrite because it wouldn't affect anything that came after... not really, no.

Only because unaware self-parody is the best sort.

It's really quite a treat, watching you. Please, continue.

Hm.  Very well then.  Can you explain what Mengelesque means?  I didn't even find a definion of it on google.

What's to hide from?

It's well beyond spoilers now that Cerberus is Harbinger's b!+*# in ME3.

Akin to Mengele.

Now Xil, that's not how you play with all the other spoilers. Fair is fair, after all.

Why is he carrying a helmet while wearing a hat? And why can the artist not draw frigate silhouettes?

Then I'll scale back on saying any of them are canon if I've gone too far.

Except, of course, that it -spoiler.-

Because -spoiler- is actually -spoiler-, and at the end it turns out that the only way to -spoiler- is to take the Cerberus-enabled option, whereas -spoiler- and the other option of -spoiler- would -spoiler.-

The greatest irony of ME3's ending is that the only -spoiler- is the Illusive Man's -spoiler.-

Which actually doesn't change the potential end-states involved. If it can be any of three, it will still be one of the three and we can know from it.

Amazing you pick the two projects which admitted to deliberatly trying to deceive him in their methods.

Telling more about you than the Illusive Man, but amazing none the less.

And in what way do you imagine that is what's going on here?

This all started because I asked if people were just posting in the character of their Cerberus lapdog characters, or if they actually believed the things they were saying... at which point you went off on some bizzare tangent that has lead you to this point, in which about half your posts have been some kind of strange non-sequitor.

Hats give off a more militant fascist aesthetic? This was made prior to ME2's release by the way.

And why can the artist not draw frigate silhouettes?

Not everyone is perfect.

Your Honor, the prosecution can think of no better argument, and no more convincing proof of the previous argument, than that provided by the defense. We rest our case.

"We will look snazzy on parade even if we make no damn sense?" Eh, I can see that.

Now you're getting it.

Well, good night, Xil.

Good night, Godwin, who we've sort of invoked.

Good night, Goodwood.
