No it wouldn't. It's pretty apparent by now that making organic races, that they deem worthy, into new Reapers is what they do. It's what the cycle is for. It is humanity's destiny should the Reapers win.

How does the process of melting tens of thousands of humans into goo and pumping them into a giant terminator shell retain their consciousness, memory, or free will? Even Mass Effect Fields cannot explain that away.

And if Reaperfication indeed retains any consciousness, memory, or free will of its material sources, why did the Human Reaper Larva attack Shepard? Because those Colonists it was made of did not trust the Alliance? Or did the Human Reaper Larva get angry at Shepard for interrupting its blissful, recently began existence as a Reaper? If it had even the memory and consciousness of even one Human inside it, could it not have simply spoken up and told Shepard to stop, instead of breathing red beams of death and wrecking the whole place like a dumb rabid animal?

Perhaps you can continue to exist without your consciousness, memory, or free will, given how extraordinary you are. I however, am incapable of that.

I don't know. That's why I saved the Collector base. That also might only be a processed used early on. I mean, take a look at what indoctrination does and how it works. Listen to the Cerberus employee on the derelict Reaper talking about how he can "feel every one of us".

You're selfish. I however am not. I don't need to exist if it comes down to it. I only want humanity to continue to evolve. That may mean doing away with our individual existences.

Cerberus blood brothers shouldn't feud like this. The Paragons enjoy seeing the brotherhood turn against itself like this!

Oh I have no feud against anyone. Any feud there is must be one-sided.

I'm merely trying to figure out the most rational course of action. As smart as Saphra is, I still think all of us combined is smarter than Saphra alone. Collective wisdom necessitates arguments, no?

Well if that's how you define it, then I'm proud to say that I am the most selfish person you will ever know.

Also, I'd deeply regret it if you cease to exist as an individual (even if you do not regret it). The universe would be a lot less interesting.

You aren't a real believer in the human cause then. You aren't Cerberus material. Small minded people like yourself won't be a problem once the we've ascended.

I doubt there are more than two believers in the "human cause" as you define it.

Perhaps your ardent desire to sacrifice your individuality for the "ascendence" of Humanity stems from your terrible loneliness?

It is also ironic how strongly individualistic you are, given that no one here has ever witnessed you accepting the opinions and ideas of anybody other that yourself. You are like a Jew who is vehemently anti-Semite, or an African person in ardent support of apartheid.

Fellow blood brothers and Witcher fans here's some good news.

*snip info of Witcher 2 on Xbox 360*

I heard about this, and I can't wait. :D I've wanted to play this game for a while, but can't afford a gaming PC yet. And they're including the DLCs on the disk! It's perfect for someone like myself, who doesn't use an online connection to the Xbox and had to miss all of Mass Effect's DLC because of it.

BioWare, please make an Ultimate Edition for Mass Effect 1/2 like you did for DAO.

On topic, I can only respond by posting spoilers... so here is your warning. Don't read if you don't want to know. Although, I kind of get the idea that most of you have read the spoilers already.
If the information I've read is correct, Shepard will have a choice to "become one with the Reapers", and considering the fact that Shepard does this to control them, I would assume that some of Shepard's consciousness will still be there. This is likely what TIM was trying to achieve, though it didn't work out for him.
Depends on how we are combined into a Reaper: If I am the dominant mind, then Saph indeed doesn't stand a chance, if it's any of you guys, well...

Then again, I already am superior to all of you in my current form, so no need for eldritch science.

If anyone is pissed at TIM being reduced to nothing more than a slightly more serious version of Dr. Evil from Austin Powers, please blame your local anti-Cerberus alliance (a.k.a. most of the talifans).

Thank you, have a nice day!

Tali at one point used to be my fave squadmate but her fanbase and BW's treatment of her as top fanwank material has made want to give her a slow painful death(Garrus and Liara too).

I doubt it's gonna be like that. Mac Walters is absolutely in love with tIM, and with right reasons. He's one of the few interesting video game villains, along with Saren and some others I can't recall right now.

At any rate, I do believe he has huge plans for him, so I woulndn't worry too much :)

If "huge plans" equal Resi 5 Wesker hamminess and villainy, then that is something to be worried about.

To put into perspective how stupid it is for TIM to cast Shepard away think of it like this.

In place of Shepard TIM could have had another entire army. So what TIM is doing in ME3 is taking one entire half of his military assets and making war on them.

That is a huge investment TIM is throwing away. It is incredibly inefficient and it makes no sense. It's why I say TIM should have stayed on your side in ME3 until the very end where he'd try to get you to do things his way and failing that, try to muscle you out at the last moment.

An 11th hour betrayal, as Dean put it.

Well, you can't argue that TIM is breaking character of his own accord.
