Always a pleasure. ^^

In any case, I decided to look up that one girl I posted back then, and by the gods, I still am quite fond of lovely Susan here:

She makes humanity something worth dying for.

That, my brother, would be Susan Coffey.

As for the Asian cuisine I mentioned before, while I may not like the pureblooded ones as much as I should (or that much at all, tbh), I do find myself unable to resist a desirable... hybrid:

Fine Leah here, par example, shows the greatness humanity is able to achieve when we work together as one.

No, but you're setting them to be disappointed before the game is even out. You're killing the hype people enjoy.

I am perfectly able to enjoy the hype surrounding this game, everything aside from the Cerberus plotline that is.

What Kaisar said!

edit: Dammit! I rushed in again [haven't seen any beauty in weeks!] ... Other two girls are more lovelier.

Wouldn't a TIM-mance require a face-to-face meeting? Which they've never had?

Not at all, as far as ME2 goes at the most it would result in some playful flirting and some unresolved sexual tension.

The whole point of a TIM "romance" to begin with would be a unique way for him to seduce/manipulate femshep over to his cause.  You already have what it's in essence a sugar daddy relationship going on with the whole luxury frigate and  the complete financial backing of Cerberus to build off of. All of this could be pretty temping for even a Paragon femshep.

Of course, I'd have it so the question of whether or not TIM is really "interested" in her left ambigious until the next game.

This would absolutely seal his fate if Bioware does what you say and listens to fans. The vast majority of Femshep players would be creeped out/disgusted by this and call for his head. This in addition to that list of other reasons why it would never work/TIM would never try it that you wholly ignored.

Hey Xil, I think if done well, it might actually work. You can't say it's impossible.

I mean, Tali totally can be romanced and you can even get her to remove her enviromental suit in the process - in my humble opinion, anything with TIM wouldn't be more ridiculous.

And admit it: You're biased. You can't know, what would be the reaction of female fanbase on a well done TIMance.

I love it how you spend days venting your frustration about gay romances on Codex and then post here about sexual tension with sugary daddy TIM lololol

I say the flirting should be one way and it should coming from Shepard, not TIM.

You mean the majority of the BSN - mostly the ignorant, stubborn uber-Paragon types - don't call for his head already?

That's news to me.

IDK, it looks like a few people are having a paragon/renegade flamewar, while others are trying to ease the tension by posting pictures of their waifus, but I'm too scared to look far back enough to get proper context.

Any of you die hard Cerbs playing the multiplayer? Just finished my first gold match last night, lots of fun. I feel that if we must fight Cerberus, then might as well crank the difficulty up out of respect. I'm no Cerberus loyalist as you might know, I just appreciate grey organizations and complex characters. It's just extremely sad with what we're getting with ME3. PC platform here, ID is Ultiface if you're so inclined.

I played it for a few minutes before quitting . I wasn't interested in playing horde mode knockoff popamole against Cerberus.

I enjoy Cerberus more for multiplayer.

Dying to Cerberus feels right, somehow.

Why?

Boosts their organizational reputation as a legitimately dangerous threat. ME1 was acceptable, more or less, but ME2 didn't do so well. ME3 multiplayer, though... definitely not a walk-over. Even if you can kill individuals, the Cerberus system can still easily overcome you.

Plus, I think the Cerberus commandoes look cool, and I'm glad they aren't pushovers.

Why do you feel ME1 did a better job than ME2 in this regard? The forces we fight in ME1 are not really that awe-inspirering. Is it because of all the failed experiements in ME2?

They look good, but the rockets boots just feels a tad too silly, but I understand why Bioware added them for gameplay reasons.

Same goes for phantoms, I still feel they are a bit too "cartoonish", even through they are a great challenge from a gameplay perspective.

You should play ME3 on Insanity only to do Cerberus justice and keep in mind that every time you die that is Cerberus winning and accomplishing their goals. The only reason they lose is because Shepard is the protagonist.

That said, I'd rather play as Cerberus in multiplayer.

More or less. In ME1, Cerberus had no track record to speak of. We had a failure on their own terms, a failure because of Shepard, but the rest of the time we have no idea what they considered success, or if they had it.

Whereas in ME2, pretty much our only involvement with Cerberus is doing things they can't, and finding their messes.

Don't knock mah bootz!

I want a pair like those.

I'm still undecided about them, and it will probably depend on how they're treated in Single Player. But they're an awesome cross of vanguard and infiltrator, and if it's done well in Single Player I'll be inclined to forgive the over-the-topness if it's more akin to 'biotic commando' than 'ninja.'

I'm thinking playing Cerberus-missions on Insanity, and the rest on Veteran. Just to make them look better by comparison.

That would be friggen sweet in its own right.

Kind of like Left 4 Dead.
