Keeping the base assuming that TIM is going to with it what he is very obviously planning to do, in the assumption that people think it's these rumored Reaper thingies doing stuff. Basically force the galaxy to get their act together before the actual Reapers hit.

Don't be silly, the universe would never get their act together regardless of how much something threatens them. Humans and Turians, maybe. Everybody else? They'd rather sit around and play chess and complain about the [weather/human council].

True, true.

But if we're lucky, they might actually figure out it's Cerberus behind the attacks, an enemy they can recognise. Oh wait, they can't. Even those logos on everything Cerberus apparently aren't enough, either.

In Mass Effect Retribution, Illusive Man dabbles in Reaper Technology ( Events happened after Mass Effect 2) yet it is revealed that he safely flees the facility, and he was in no real harm ( Apart from a few bullets )
We can speculate that Cerberus leads numerous Reaper experiments, but it is highly unlikely that Illusive Man will ever be indoctrinated ( He stated in the aftermath, that he realized how frail he truly was. He faced his mortality, and sworn never to take any chances ) So my prediction is that only a part of Cerberus works with Reapers.
Illusive Man is simple too important, and vital in the Mass Effect Universe to become a pawn. Keep this topic alive.

um, I'm new to this thread, so I don't know if this question has been asked and answered or not, but didn't TIM bang like a thousand women? I saw something like that in his files the SB had.

^ I think so too. I'm confident he isn't indoctrinated. A big part of Cerberus will be though. What we saw in the demo (indoctrinated troops) could all still be part of TIM's "experimenting".

He could still actually help Shepard in his fight against the Reapers (might've figured out how to counter-act indoctrination effects and Reaper tech vulnerabilities).

Hopefully TIM will be able to add my femshep's name on his list of conquests in ME3.

Well, he's only got one game left, in all likelihood.

Also, it's weird. I can see how some men could theoretically exude an aura of sexuality. I could see it in the LIs, and even Wrex to some extent, but I got no hint of any kind of sexual presence from TIM. In-game, he acts like sex would be something beneath him, somehow.

My femsheps would beg to differ. They feel tingly inside whenever they see his eyes and chest hair or hear his voice.

I don't know, I just think "evil overlord" at all that. Not that that sort of thing can't be sexy; little hints of it are attractive when Liara does it. But TIM's got "evil overlord" vibes shooting all th e way through his body, blotting out everything else.

After dealing with men like Kaidan who are submissive and can be vagina whipped into changing their worldview my femsheps consider finally meeting a man like TIM that lets it be known that HE is the one charge and that SHE is the one that has to submit to not only be a breath of fresh air but awfully sexy.

My femsheps would love nothing more than to be human dominated by TIM in the bedroom. <3

Considering his Shadow Broker dossier, he's probably got them lined up for after he's done talking with Shepard.

TIM's definitely the most attractive character in the series. But he's only seen in official surroundings, so he's all business. Besides, he's constantly on his guard. And can you blame him, with some Paragon Shepards out there...

He needs to relax more, definitely. With the right person, of course. Get his shields down, take his mask off. Unfortunately, ME3 isn't going to be very conducive to that. Still, it would be wonderful to get more emotional moments with him - preferably not very tragic and final ones. I'm referring to positive emotions, here.

TIM's been a great character, a pleasant company, and a valuable asset to humanity. I'll stand by him to the bitter end, he deserved as much. Here's to whatever comes next.

I'd say that trait is more Charlie than Martin. :P

I'm not sure, honestly, if personal, emotional moments are plausible with TIM. There's this quote that reminds me a lot of him, from a Discworld book...
"Mr. Teatime saw things differently from other people, and one of the ways he saw things differently from other people was that he saw other people as things."

Adonis DNA, baby; it's in their blood.

On a rather unrelated note, what do you guys tell Liara at the end of Shadow Broker, when she asks you "So what do you want, what are you fighting for?" ?
