It clearly states on the back on the box that it comes wit it but I've look everywhere for it. Sumone told me it's a card that comes in the box. There was no card and the bix was sealed. Is there anyway to jus get wat I paid for and not have to dish out another 15 dollars of my money. If anyone can help me I'd truly appreciate it. I talked to the ppl at Gamestop that sold me it and they said thats a Manufactuers mistake were not responsible for it. I tryed calling Bioware @ EA but couldn't get through so this post is my last resort to simply get wat I paid for.

... ive been doing a few tests for them here in the UK, seems like everythings working with codes except shale (stone prisoner), the memory band and the 3 collectors items, book helm and staff...
they are aware now exactly whats happening.. hopefully it'll get sorted soon... everyones in the same boat as far as i can tell... fingers crossed its an easy and quick fix

I'm in North America and your telling me lots of ppl didn't have the Redemption code For the Stone Prisoner in there Brand new sealed copies of DAO?twisteddeeds wrote...

Is there anythin that can be about gettin the stone prisoner dlc redemption code??? If anyone knos how Bioware can resolve this I'd very much appreciate because I'm seriously gettin no help from anyone.

Unfortunately, if your game did not come with the insert for The Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor you will need to contact official customer support.

Sadly after trying for so long to get my DLC working for Dragon age (thinking the numbers on the discs might have been the codes then uninstalling and reinstalling etc) i find this forum explaining i need a bloody card! which i also didnt get with my package. Nothing but the booklet *sigh* I should have just bought the original copy without the DLC and saved myself a little of my sanity plus 12$
