Hi just bought dragon age 2 and am loving it, wish i had played the first one when it came out. I seem to be having some problems with the DLC though. First, I did all the steps necessary to get the free bonus ingame items. The only ones i got were the two books everything else is still grayed out when i look at the list ingame. Second, just a few moments ago i bought the marrian hawke warrior armor for 400 pts and well didnt get it. Can anything be done about this?

Have you checked your download history in the account management panel.

If you've paid for it, worst case scenario, you could download it again at no cost. Your Live account will have a record of it.
I don't think the Live GUI is particularly intuitive in regard to avatar customization. I bought a dragon "pet" from a Live arcade game, and it seemed like it took forever to figure out how to get it to show up with my avatar. Perhaps it's just a matter of snooping around in that area to find it?
Which in-game items or DLC are not showing up for you? You mentioned that they're all greyed out but two - are there some that you've purchased (or earned) that are not showing up?

I checked your BioWare account and do not see that you have linked your Xbox Gamertag to the account. Your DLC items (both paid and free) will not show up in-game until you have linked the accounts.

How about when you have the dlc for all three (bundle pack 2), and the only way to access it is to be online and signed in to the servers? thats my problem when i try to use it without signing in or using a different account. it says file is corrupted when i'm not signed in.
