I only have 2 I carried over from Mass Effect and take seriously.

(Canon) John, Earthborn/Sole Survivor, Soldier, 100% Para/ 95% Ren, Liara/Miranda LI, Kaidan lives.
(Alternate) John, Spacer/Sole Survivor, Sentinel, 100% Para/ 45% Ren, Ashley/No one LI, Ashley lives.

The other 3 are for killing stuff and experimentation (builds and playstyles).

I just started my 6th, I'm on Omega about to go get Mordin and Garrus. By the time ME3 finally rolls around in March, I might get up to 7 or 8.

Shep 1: Eric; Spacer War Hero Paragon Vanguard; Ashley romance (no cheating, Kelly doesn't count!)

Shep 2: Jade; Earthborn Ruthless Renegade Soldier; Kaidan romance (cheated with Jacob)

I have 4 finished, and I'm working on 2 more for ME3, just so I have one of each class with different decisions. All have a custom appearance.

My four complete playthroughs are all completionist playthroughs. The two Shepards I'm working on now are designed to have consistent moral philosophies that result in smaller Paragon/Renegade scores and a lot less '3rd option' solutions. I'm enjoying Vanderloo a lot more in ME2 than ME1, that's also been a nice change of pace.

I only have two imports at the moment. There's my canon Shep: paragade, romanced Kaidan, saved everybody. And then I have my "how-the-hell-is-this-going-to-work-in-ME3" import. Still paragade, for the most part, romanced Liara and then Jack, killed everyone but Jack, Jacob, Thane, and Zaeed during the SM, and then left Zaeed to die at the end of his LM.

All 12 games as a renegade as a woman like this:
8 are Adepts and 4 soldiers.

I have several, though within the playthroughs there are a couple of different saves with different choices.

1) Rue - (main) femShep, no romance, renegon, adept, spared Ashley, everyone survives SM.
2) Naoko - femShep, romanced Garrus, paragon, engineer, spared Kaidan, everyone survives SM.
3) Alicia - femShep, romanced Liara, renegade, infiltrator, spared Ashley, everyone survives SM.
4) Raven - maleShep, no romance, paragade, sentinel, spared Kaidan, Miranda/Thane die on SM.
5) Saionji - femShep, romanced Thane, paragade, vanguard, spared Kaidan, "paragon" survivors in SM.
6) Al - femShep, no romance, renegade, soldier, spared Ashley, "renegade" survivors in SM.

I had 6 more saves, but I deleted them because it was becoming very cumbersome. Yeah, that is 12 playthroughs right there!

i have one shepard completed. the male canon guy as a infriltrator. i have one male custom shep as a soldier started in 2. i do have 2 minors in ME1, but i just can't play that game. the gameplay is just too flawed for me. i'm planing to make a fem shep as a vanguard (or atlest something with biotics.) but i have a problem to think up a character for her.

It might sound shallow but since they went and showed the "new and improved" Ashley I went back to ME1 and loaded up my soldier Pre-Virmire and saved Ashley. So now I technically have three characters, although the soldiers are the exact same apart from Ash living.

it ain't shallow, I'd want this new Ashley too. I'm hoping for good dialogue in ME-3 where Ash and Miranda get tense and biotic over me.....I didn't play ME-1 (PS3 user) so I don't really care for Ash actually, she looks like a dude in ME-2. But I welcome competition being thrown Miranda's way, cuz on the Normandy Sr-2, she has none.....

I hope they don't screw us by making Ashley a squadmate and keep Miranda off the squad simply because Ash fans are upset that Ash wasn't on the squad in ME-2. If those tricks dont kno how to act around Shep, they get the airlock....
