I can't seem to find the function for changing the gender of an NPC. Can anyone point it out to me plz?

There's a NWNX function to do so, but none in the default script options.
With PCs, it requires a relog to get the appearance to display properly. With NPCs, you might have to make the change, then copy them to get it to display as changed.

If you don't want to go the nwnx route then you could just destroy the male npc and spawn in a female one that would be it's counterpart or vice versa.
