Captain America. The recommendation from Thor during the Secret Wars for Cap to fill the leadrship spot was the kicker for me. I cannot recall the exact wording, but it went a bit like this:

"I am Thor; the god of Thunder, and the son of Odin. It is I that leads the very gods of Asgar to war. And I tell you now, that I would follow this man to death itself!"
