I just recently bought DA-O ultimate edition retail. The game installed fine and works but in-game it says my DC is all unauthorized.
I've installed the game following the instruction that came with it.
I (appearantly) allready had a bioware account and redeemed the code that came with the package.
A whole list of stuff, including all DC's for DAO, is listed in the "your registered game content" page
I logged in in-game with the same account (logged out and in repeatedly hoping it would solve the problem)
However, in the DC section of the game all DC's are there tagged "unauthorized" with the exclusion of Awakenings.
What have I done wrong? please help.

As there are numerous possible issues, one person's solution is unlikely to work for someone else. A patch to fix the authorization issues is in the works.
