Is anyone in Europe purchase the game through the EA Store for digital download? I live in Germany and am curious, anxious, excited and down right upset that with just a few days for the game is release, I can't get the pre-download started.

You should've received confirmation e-mail that states when the pre-download will start. For me it should be available on 4th (Polish release date is 6th on November).

In Poland pre-load starts on Monday at 10 am.

I've also purchased the digital version through EA store and lives in Europe (Denmark). But other than the order confirmation mail, I haven't gotten any notice as to when the pre-load period is supposed to begin...



It does however state in the order confirmation mail that the expected "release date" is the 4th of november... whatever that's supposed to mean.



Anyone in a similar situation?

Waiting for mail from EA to start pre-load.

I've ordered DDE from EA store and the only email I received so far is order confirmation (with no expected release date mentioned). According to the info on the site, pre-load starts 2nd of November.

By the way, has anyone checked their order status on the site? Mine is still "submitted", is it right?

Yup, mine is also just "submitted" when looking at status. It's kinda worrying though, that I can ONLY check the order status if I use the option to enter the order ID and user password. If I try and watch it with the order history option in my account, it lists nothing. Right now I soooooo wish I had used steam ^^, atleast I know how that works.

When I use the account I used to buy fromt he EA store (netherlands here) within the download manager, it shows nothing at all. Not a single game. My order status is also just Submitted. I ahve the confirmation email, but other then that. nothing at all.



Bioware and ea better not ****ing us over and stating the pc release date in europe is several days later then the americans, if so, im coming over to there HQ and kick there ****ing asses to europe and force them to release it.

About the EA download manager: When using EA's pre-order service, you're not supposed to be able to see anything in the download manager before you can pre-load it. It's in their FAQ.

figures, but there store is lowest of low -.- seriously..atleast state that it was processed or something, other then submitted. in that regard. steam is much better

That is what I was referring to. Since actual release date in Poland is 6th, I assumed they planned to make pre-download available on 4th (seemingly the plans have changed)

Well, thanks for clearing that up. Not so worried about my order anymore then.

Now it's just waiting... damn, this upcoming week is going to be the longest in a very long time. :/

I received an email yesterday from EA with tips for playing as a human noble. As far as the EADM, I see my other games listed there, but nothing yet from DA:O. I had also checked on the store and it list my game been order but nothing else.
