Today I re-installed ME2 and almost all DLCs that I purchased a few months back. I started the game and tried to log into cerberus network to activate them....nothing. The error message is, that the account name doesn't match the password I typed in. I came here and used the "Retrieve pw" option via the bioware social network and the ea site (https://customersupp.../loginapp/.....) I don't receive any email. Not even within the spamfolder.

I then created a new account (this one) and tried the "I forgot my pw" with this one. I immediatley received an email to my addy connected with this account telling me how to create a new pw.

So..something is wrong. The weird thing is, that I can register my ME2 with this new account although the registration code should be connected to my original one.

If I try to create a new account using my original accountname/emailaddress, it says "An account with this name already exists".

What do I have to do to get my old account back?

i have excatly the same problem
