So does Bioware or EA even care about their customers?

For blood dragon armor:
EAWK-NHZ4-EWG8-8WDH
and for Stone Prisoner:
9KXY-4CRK-WGQR-MNU9
Maybe that will get someones attention. The codes I got with the game do not work, I would like working codes, not that hard to do I would think.

1: link your ps3 account to your EA account. your ea account should be the same one you setup on Dragon Age, or any other EA game. https://profile.ea.com/login.do copy paste this link to go here.
2. If your PSN ID is linked to another another account go to support.ea.com/chat to chat live with support personnel they can move your psn id from one account to another.
3. stop whining about EA not caring about thier customers because that will get you absolutely frickin no where. there is a post in the support site that says please excuse the long period of time for email responses. they are packed with you idiots complaining about this stuff.
I had this same problem and it was all becasue my PSN id was already being used by an account made long ago and forgotten. the tech guy that helped me even check my code for me to make sure it was good on thier side. i loaded up the game and once logged into EA i was immidiately able to download my armor. everything said an done you are going through alot of crap to retrieve crappy armor. quit whining, go play wow instead and quite wasting forum bandwidth.

the bonus disc on the collectors edition is a damn blu-ray disc which mean that everybody that bought the collecotrs edition on PS3 and hoped to hear the sondtrack in all its glory wont be able to do that if they don't own a blu-ray player for the PC aswell.

Well i hate to be the one to flame everyone complaining about this issue:

can any of you kiddies out there spot the contradiction here? anyone who does will get a chocolate chip cookie
eh too long to wait....i just love how he says he hates to flame everybody in yet he calls us idiots....
1-2 are no issues...because it wasn't the issue that i was talking about...i'm talking about my ****ing legion of the dead armor being equipped and my character has the same newbie set in his picture you ****ing ******
and a response to 3. is that we are complaining like "idiots" because we believe that the developers have some form of a conscience and read our complaints and will realize that they should act accordingly...not everyone is a mindless flamer like yourself who just whines about others for no reason....we have a reason we complain on forums....so take your happy flaming ass to a body of water and cool off because none of us really wish to hear you **** and whine about us ****ing and whining...
