I have an old character listed in there, but not my new character which was made awhile ago (already in Lothering over several play sessions logged in online) on Xbox 360.

I tired the diagnosis mode and it just gives me an error and says, "Error Code 1000 - No characters were found in your online storage. "

Can anyone advise me.  Also I have two different Xbox Associated with my EA account and other then change default persona on EA.com I can't seem to get that reflected here.

Any advice would be helpful.
